My client's baker is off overseas, so internal promotions mean there is a vacancy for a person wanting to get their start as a baker.

This part-time position will involve very early mornings, heavy lifting, being rostered over 7 days so you must be fit, strong, prepared to work weekends as required and definitely an early riser!

You will gain experience in baking breads, buns, cakes and slices with the possibility of some catering work as well.  My client offers the chance to gain NZQA units of learning while you are working, which can go towards a bakery apprenticeship.
