Combine your workplace learning with theory learning to gain NZQA qualifications and credits with programmes offering a mixture of class and workplace based learning, and have the opportunity to work towards qualifications while earning a job!

Qualifications include NZQA units of learning towards:

  • National Certificate in Retailing level 2
  • National Certificate in Meat Processing level 1
  • National Certificate in Computing level 2
  • National Certificate in Business Administration and Computing level 2
  • National Certificate in Employment Skills level 1

Industry partnerships include:

  • Meat processing, in partnership with Affco Rangiuru
  • Retail, in partnership with The Warehouse, Smiths City, Harvey Normans, Mitre 10 Mega and New World
  • Customer services
  • Administration
  • Barista
  • and much more.

Programmes are available throughout the Bay of Plenty, dependant upon local industry needs. 

Training is free, and you may be eligible for a transport allowance.

All training resources are supplied, including study and learning support.

TEC or WINZ recruitment criteria applies.
