We select our trainees and provide them with the training and development that they need to make a positive contribution to the industry.

From encouraging a genuine interest in the customer, to learning how to sell, to display and to promote products; our trainees gain both practical and theory training in the basics of retailing.

Do you need some-one special for your business?

We are currently working with small groups of carefully selected clients who are looking for frontline positions in the Eastern Bay of Plenty.

Each client is actively seeking employment, with Work and Income NZ being prepared to provide 6 months ongoing professional development.

That means if the client has the personal attributes that you are looking for, then they are able to attend further training once they are employed at no additional cost to you.

Programmes are being run in through April, May and June.
